Terms of Use
Last updated: September 23, 2026
These Terms of Use (the "Terms", and, together with any end-user license they grant, the "EULA") form a binding agreement between you and Minosin AB ("we", "us", "our"), a Swedish company registered in Stockholm, and govern your use of Expense — our website, apps, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use Expense for your own personal or internal use. Where you download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play, this license is also subject to the applicable store's terms; for Apple-distributed apps, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the extent it is more restrictive than these Terms. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Service, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law.
- Resell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.
- Interfere with, disrupt, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its systems, or other users' data.
- Upload or transmit malware, or use the Service to infringe the rights of others.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
Where Expense offers a paid subscription, the following terms apply:
- Auto-renewal — a subscription automatically renews for the same period (e.g. monthly or yearly) at the then-current price, and continues until you cancel.
- Billing — in the iOS and Android apps, payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase and again at each renewal, within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. On the web, payment is handled by Stripe as described under Purchases on the Web.
- Managing & cancelling — you can cancel your subscription at any time: in your App Store or Google Play account settings for app purchases, and from your account or by emailing us for web purchases. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Refunds — app purchases are processed by the app store, and refund requests for them are handled under that store's policy (Apple's or Google's). Refunds for web purchases follow Purchases on the Web. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
- Price changes — we may change subscription prices; any change applies to future billing periods and, where required, will be notified to you in advance with the option to cancel.
Purchases on the Web
Subscriptions bought on our website are sold by Minosin AB and paid by card through Stripe, our payment processor. Before you pay, the checkout shows the price, the billing period and, where there is a free trial, the date of the first charge.
- Free trials — a plan with a free trial is not charged during the trial. When the trial ends, the subscription continues automatically as a paid subscription and the full price for the billing period is charged to the card you gave at checkout, unless you cancel before the trial ends.
- Renewal — the subscription renews at the end of each billing period, and the price for the next period is charged to the same card, until you cancel.
- Cancelling — you can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing admin@minosin.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Refunds — apart from the right of withdrawal below, payments already made are not refunded, including for the unused part of a billing period, except where the law requires otherwise.
Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a web subscription within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract is concluded, which is the day you start the subscription — the day your free trial starts, where the plan has one. The end of a free trial and later renewals do not start a new withdrawal period.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, tell us of your decision by a clear statement — for example an email to admin@minosin.com. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your statement before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision, using the same means of payment you used, at no cost to you. Withdrawing during a free trial ends the subscription and nothing is charged.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of Sweden will have jurisdiction over any dispute — except that, if you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections and the courts of your country of residence that the law of your country entitles you to.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
